The coronavirus outbreak is affecting the way many of us live our lives, and it’s normal that this will affect people’s mental health.
The Samaritans have gathered some great resources that you may find helpful.
World Suicide Prevention Day
What is World Suicide Prevention Day? Every year organisations and communities around the world come together to raise awareness of how we can create a world where fewer people die by suicide.
When is it? World Suicide Prevention Suicide Day is always on 10th September.
You can find out more at www.samaritans.org/support-us/campaign/world-suicide-prevention-day/
